Bi Flag is Raised in Santa Clara, California

For the 3rd year in a row, the County of Santa Clara, California has held a ceremony to raise the bisexualpride flag.

This year’s ceremony was held on Celebrate Bisexuality Day, September 23rd, 2019, outside the county government building in San Jose.

Pictured (left to right) are bisexual community members who spoke (Bob Sheehan, Richard Mehlinger, Reverend Nancy Palmer Jones, and Sera Fernando), along with Maribel Martinez, the director of theSanta Clara County Office of LGBTQ Affairs.
